MXBON® Thread Locker Sealant Series is a single-component, self-curing adhesives that fill the gaps between threads. They can replace spring washers, double nuts, and other mechanical fastening devices, thereby simplifying product design. In addition, they prevent screw fasteners from corroding, seizing, loosening, and leaking, which helps reduce maintenance time. By ensuring secure and durable screw assemblies, they provide long-term reliability and enhance machinery stability.
Usage

Removal: High-strength thread lockers can be disassembled by applying heat or using increased torque.

Cleaning: Before application, ensure the bonding area is clean and free from debris. Use a cloth or steel brush to remove debris and eliminate any oil residue.

Blind Holes: For blind holes, apply the adhesive directly into the hole for best results.

Long Joints: For long joints, apply adhesive to both the screw and the interior of the hole.

Accelerating Cure: The curing process can be accelerated by using an MXBON® activator.
