MXBON® Gasketing Sealant Series is an instantly forming, anaerobic flat-sealing agent suitable for flanges of various sizes. It replaces traditional gaskets, helping reduce inventory costs. Key features include a solvent-free composition, high viscosity, pressure resistance, and ease of use. Compared with pre-cut gaskets, it simplifies processes, lowers defect rates, minimizes production disruptions, and is compatible with various adhesive methods.
The sealant fills contact surfaces, preventing leaks and corrosion while remaining unaffected by deformation or fatigue-related leakage issues. It eliminates concerns about gasket thickness by evenly distributing flange pressure, reducing deformation risks, and improving surface machining precision. With broad applicability, it further reduces inventory costs associated with stocking gaskets of different sizes.
Usage
- Clean flange surfaces before application.
- Apply sealant continuously around bolt holes.
- Apply sufficient torque to prevent flange displacement.
- Do not use anaerobic gasket sealant as filler.
- Enhance traditional gaskets by overlaying with anaerobic gasket sealant.
